Warm-up builds a positive sending history for your mailbox by exchanging realistic conversations with real mailboxes before and during your outreach. Without it, a new or newly-active mailbox sending cold email at volume is statistically likely to be filtered to spam regardless of how good the message is. If you send cold email, you need warm-up: it is that simple.
A brand-new mailbox typically needs around 14 days of ramped warm-up to build solid trust, which is why Leads Ranger increases volume gradually and automatically. Established mailboxes need less. Your mailbox health score tells you exactly when you are ready, no guessing.
Included. Warm-up, spam rescue, health scoring, bounce protection and automatic ramping are part of the platform, not a separate subscription, and everything is free during the open pilot. We treat deliverability as the foundation of the product, not a revenue add-on.
Leads Ranger reads the bounce notices that land in your inbox and works out who is at fault. A dead recipient is skipped. A reputation block ("550 5.7.1 very low reputation") rests your mailbox for that provider only and restarts its ramp gently. Blocklisting or repeated refusals rest the whole mailbox for a day, then longer if it happens again, instead of sending into the refusal every few minutes. The notices are tidied out of your inbox, and resting is shown separately from paused so you always know which was your choice.
Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 connects with one-click OAuth. Any provider with SMTP access works too, including Gmail via app passwords, plus transactional providers. How many mailboxes you can connect depends on your plan: see the pricing page for current limits.
It blends warm-up performance (inbox placement, spam rescues needed, reply behavior) with configuration signals from your DNS audit into a single 0–100 score per mailbox. Green means send with confidence; a falling score warns you before providers start filtering, while there is still time to fix the cause.
