Sign-in is defended around the clock so that a stolen password elsewhere does not become a problem here. Legitimate users never feel it. Everyone else runs into a wall.
Export leads, conversations and pipeline whenever you want, in open formats, with no export fee and no exit interview. Ask us to delete your account and we delete it. There is no hostage-taking in our business model.
Your documents, your brand voice and your generated drafts exist to power your outreach and nothing else. They are never used to train models, ours or anyone else’s. Bring your own AI key and that traffic runs entirely under your account.
The shared deliverability network only works if everyone in it is genuine, so we keep it that way. Bad actors do not get to free-ride on your sender reputation, and abuse gets removed rather than tolerated.

No. Your workspace data is never sold, never licensed, never pooled into a shared database and never offered as a data product. We sell software, not data.
No. Your documents, prompts and generated content are never used to train models. Our AI providers are engaged on terms that prohibit training on that content, and you can supply your own AI key so the traffic runs under your own provider agreement.
Your workspace content is stored so the product can function, and access by our team is restricted to the small number of people who need it to operate and support the platform. We do not browse customer mailboxes, and support access is on request and for the purpose you raised.
Yes, and it is already in force: accepting our Terms accepts the DPA, so there is nothing to chase. It covers roles, security, sub-processors, breach notification, deletion and international transfers under the Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum. A countersigned copy is available on request.
You can export everything before you go. Cancelling moves you to the free plan rather than deleting anything. If you ask us to close the account, we delete or de-identify your workspace data within 30 days.
