Email sequences
Multi-step, A/B tested, personalized per lead and warmed up.
Most teams run email in one tool, WhatsApp on a phone and LinkedIn in a browser tab, then discover they contacted the same person three times in a week. Leads Ranger runs all three from one lead record, so coverage goes up and collisions go to zero.

A plumber does not read email at 8am; they read WhatsApp between jobs. An operations director will never see your WhatsApp but checks LinkedIn on the train. Running one channel is not a strategy, it is a guess about a person you have not met yet.
Leads Ranger gives you all three from the same workspace: verified email with warm-up behind it, WhatsApp as a native channel with real number validation, and LinkedIn campaigns through the browser extension. Same leads, same scoring, same pipeline.

Leads contacted twice by mistake
Every channel writes to one lead record. Reach someone on LinkedIn and your email sequence knows. Get a WhatsApp reply and the email follow-up stops. That sounds obvious until you have run a stack of three tools and watched a prospect receive your "just following up" email an hour after they answered you somewhere else.
Replies from all three land in a single inbox, threaded per lead, sitting on top of a CRM pipeline that moves as the conversation does.

Multichannel goes wrong when it becomes multi-pestering. The guardrails are the point: emails only go to addresses that passed verification, WhatsApp only to numbers a gateway confirmed, LinkedIn only to people who are not already in your contact record, and everything paced by limits you set per channel.
Add the deliverability suite underneath (warm-up, spam scoring, one-click unsubscribe) and you get the rare combination: broader reach with a smaller chance of burning your name.

Multichannel outreach means contacting a prospect through more than one route, typically email plus at least one of WhatsApp, LinkedIn or phone, and coordinating those touches so they read as one considered approach rather than several unrelated ones. The coordination is the hard part: without a shared lead record, multichannel quickly becomes the same person hearing from you three times in a day.
It gets more coverage, which usually converts into more replies, because the channel a person answers on is a property of that person and not something you can know in advance. The gain disappears the moment extra channels turn into extra volume aimed at the same unqualified list. More doors on a well-chosen list works; more doors on a bad list just annoys more people faster.
It depends entirely on who they are. For small and local businesses, WhatsApp is often the number printed on their van and the fastest way to reach them, and reply rates reflect that. For corporate roles it usually is not appropriate. Leads Ranger validates every number before sending and honours opt-outs, but the judgement about which audience belongs on which channel stays yours.
All three channels write to a single lead record rather than to their own lists. A reply on any channel stops the sequences on the others, an enrolled lead cannot be enrolled again, and the LinkedIn campaign keeps a permanent record of everyone already contacted. The failure mode of a stitched-together stack, where three tools each think they own the prospect, cannot happen when there is only one record.
No. Email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn are all included, and WhatsApp message credits come with every plan. Current allowances are on the pricing page.
Yes. Plenty of customers run email only and add WhatsApp or LinkedIn later. Nothing switches on until you set it up, and each channel has its own limits and its own off switch.
